Merchbar Ordered a hoodie that never came. Asked for a return that I never got. San Francisco California

I bought a Bone Thugs Eternal 1999 hoodie for $44 plus tax on 7/15/2020. After a few weeks, it had not come yet. So I reached out to merchbar, they said they have yet to hear back from their warehouse. Little did I know that they would continually say this indefintely. It's now 8/30/2020 and they're still waiting to hear back from their warehouse..?? They must have sent someone by horseback, because it shouldn't take this long.

I asked for a return. And they had the audacity to say the same thing, that they needed to hear back from their warehouse first to cancel the order. They send email after email saying the same exact thing. It's actually so messed up because they're scamming people under the guise of good and consistent customer service.

It would have likely taken me longer to realize I was being scammed if they didn't consistently tell me in a new way that absolutely no progress has been made with my order.
