Purchased a deal me in Florence T-shirt from Facebook early April 2019. A week went by no T-shirt. I filed a dispute with PayPal. No money came back from PayPal. PayPal states that there was no money in their accounts to give refund. They said that you don’t want to purchase stuff on Facebook because it’s a scam.

They gave me the sellers email address. I wrote the seller telling them if they didn’t give me my money back I would report them to the attorney general. I receive several threatening emails from them. Then to twist it around "they claim to be the victim of being treated badly” from emails for me. Because I’m asking for my money back? they send threatening emails threatening to turn me into the army criminal investigation computer crimes. I say let them turn me in because they should be on the Army radar. And investigate their scam (no physical product available for online payment) on US service men and women especially Nurses.

Today PayPal refunded my money because of their scam tactics on others and myself. They also sent all the information to the PayPal fraud department. Uh, next I started receiving phone calls from this company in the middle of the night. Here are some facts; Email IP doesn’t line up with the business state physical address.

Phone numbers do not line up with their physical address. Phone number they called me back from is a phone scam line. Do not buy from this company!

Seller is Delusional and dishonest

AUTHOR: BonNon - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, June 20, 2019

I ordered a T-shirt from this man name deal me in Florence. Several other nurses who work with me also ordered the same shirt. We were all ripped off by the seller. He put stuff up for sale on Facebook (but does not have actual stock of item) puts them as pre-orders. They then rip off the public when the money isn’t in PayPal account, to give a refund. "Seller states he had two PayPal accounts but PayPal has refuted this.”

PayPal corporate states seller had NO money in his bank accounts to give buyers refunds. He’s made up a delusionary stories about not only myself other buyers Who gave into his scam on Facebook. This is been reported to the FBI IC3 and FTC. He has been warned by Boone NC local police not to have any contact with me or defame his customers. He is well known to the local police department.

Fabricated story and claims- This woman lies

AUTHOR: Barry - (United States)

POSTED: Wednesday, June 19, 2019

The only truth in the is report is that she bought a shirt from our company. It was a PREORDER for a shirt that was in production and she was aware that it would take a few weeks for the shirts to come in. The same week they were scheduled to arrive, she requested her refund which is a one button process and I pushed it.

Unfortunately through the set up process, we still had the old personal PayPal linked to this account instead of the new business PayPal account. PayPal notified me via email and I figured out what happened and her refund was issued a few days later. I WANT TO MAKE A NOTE THAT BY CONSUMER AGREEMENT, I HAD 20 DAYS TO REFUND THE MONEY IF I DID NOT HAVE A REFUND POLICY BUT I DO HAVE ONE SO I DIDN’T HAFT TO REFUND A DIME.

The threats began and this woman claimed that she was a Major in the Army. She sent pics of my house, made calls to my cell phones, and consistently continued her harassing and filthy communications to my business email. I have contacted the state police, the Army Criminal Investigation Division, and I have call all state attorney offices and BBB’s in both state to confirm that she never made any complaints about my business.

This website is the only one that might actually believe this woman’s lies after seeing the same evidence that I have presented to investigating officers. Cease and Desist letters have been emailed and mailed to this woman. Google her name and you will see that she is consistently stirring up trouble and she has her nose in everyone’s business.

She calls herself a Doctor but she is actually an FNP. She claims she is a major and signed her threatening email with that title and smeared the face of the U.S. Army with her own. This woman lies and convinced herself to believe her own lies. She literally claimed that I sold her something that I have never had in my inventory and then reversed the story to make herself appear as a victim to her own actions against me, my family, and my business.

This will all iron out when authorities catch up with her but if you believe her fabricated lies then perhaps it is better off that we don’t do business together. Basic logic common is required to wear our brand. Thanks!
