I hired The Mia Bell Agency on January 10, 2019 to launch my business website. Mia appeared to be excited for the launch and said she would have her team work through the weekend to begin putting together social media posts to gain a following. When that Monday came, Mia and her team had nothing but my money. I was pretty patient with her and thought I would still give her a chance. Mia didn't make her first post until January 24th. The launch was supposed to happen on January 21st.

The purpose of the social media posts were to gain traction before the actual launch. She said her and her team said they would be creating at least 5 social media posts a day to create a following. She only created 5 posts in 6 weeks. When I asked Mia why she was not posting, she said "it makes no sense to post dope content when there is no social media following".

So, I ended up having to create my own content and post my own content. During the time that I worked with Mia, she would say she was going to send me emails of content that I was to review and provide feedback. She claimed she sent emails that I never received. I had no issues receiving her email with the invoice attached, but when it came to actually sending work, the email issues arose.

Mia was also not timely when it came to meetings. She would schedule phone meetings and either no show or call late for the meeting. When she would no show, she would call after the scheduled phone meeting and say things like, "did you forget about me?" to make it seem like she tried to call when in fact, she did not.

When I did talk to her on the phone, she talked about what her and "her team" was working on, but they never delivered anything. Mia and her team did create a really good blog post for my site that was not part of the contract. She later tried to charge me for the blog post when I told her I wanted my money back because her and her team failed to deliver on all the all the items outlined in the statement of work. There are countless text message exchanges with Mia and her team about things they said they would send to me that I have never received.

The bottom line is, Mia and her team has had plenty of time to prove they will deliver, but they have grossly missed the mark. Hiring The Mia Bell Agency was a huge mistake.
