Fraudulent Activity Overview
On January 7, Michael Jackson booked a private jet charter from Antigua to Turks & Caicos for himself and Charlene Bythewood. He confirmed payment via ACH transfer for $67,064.32, including an $8,000 deposit for potential late fees, which he explicitly agreed to via text. After the flight, an additional $1,225 in late fees was incurred, bringing the total balance to $68,289.32, which he also agreed to pay.
Payment Reversal & False Claims
On January 10, our company received a notification from QuickBooks that Michael’s payment was reversed due to a dispute/NSF. When confronted, Michael denied filing the dispute and falsely claimed that a bank transfer from his Antigua account to Bank of America had not yet posted. He repeatedly reassured us that the funds would be processed that day and that we had nothing to worry about.
Deliberate Stalling & Racial Threats
Over the next several days, multiple follow-ups were made by our team to secure payment. Instead of paying, Michael Jackson became increasingly hostile, making racially charged threats against our team. In one conversation, he called our team member a "White Cracker" and stated:
"Since Seth said what I did was a felony, I shall show Seth a n***a." This was a direct threat to our team member’s safety.
Fake Wire Transfer Submission
On January 12, Michael provided a fraudulent wire form, claiming he had submitted payment through his bank in Antigua and that the funds would be processed on January 13. Despite repeated follow-ups, no funds were ever received from January 13 through January 16. Each time, he falsely claimed the transfer was "on the way."
Final Legal Warning & Defiance
On January 17, we issued a final warning stating that legal action would be taken if payment was not received by the end of the day. Michael’s response was dismissive and included:
"No white dude gonna call me a felon." "I'm in the Caribbean, you have no legal jurisdiction." "I don’t need to answer to minimum wage workers, and you will be well served to remember that."
Conclusion: A Pattern of Fraud & Deception
It is clear that Michael Jackson and Charlene Bythewood knowingly committed fraud by: â Booking a high-value jet charter under false pretenses â Submitting an ACH payment they knew would not clear â Providing a fraudulent wire transfer form â Engaging in racial threats and intimidation â Refusing to honor their contractual obligations

Fake ACH with NSF is a Felony in the US
AUTHOR: Seth - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, July 16, 2025
Mr Jackson is a Fraud, as he sent a Fake ACH for a private jet flight on an account with negative balance. He claimed it was a mistake, and he would pay ASAP, which he never did. he sent fake wire forms from a bank in Antiqua he was kicked out for NSF funds. In America, if you send a ACH with no funds, and don't pay within 21 business days, that is a Felony. He can go back and forth, but he booked a private jet flight, with a ACH wire that came back due to NSF Funds. He lost his home to foreclosure, along with had his car repossed all under his Girlfriend nae.
He then sent crazy emails using racism, profanity, and threats. He is a violent man, and on the run from the US due to debts he owes.

Clearing the Air for Michael Jackson and Charlene Bythewood
AUTHOR: Delivering the Truth - (United States)

The Charter in Question
On January 7, Michael J. Jackson booked a private jet from Antigua to Turks & Caicos for himself and Charlene Bythewood. The total cost was $67,064.32, which included a deposit and late fees. Jackson confirmed the payment via ACH transfer and even acknowledged the terms via text.
That’s not fraud. That’s a documented agreement.
Who Was Responsible?
Let’s break it down:
- Michael J. Jackson was the one who booked the flight.
- He agreed to the terms and confirmed payment.
- Charlene Bythewood was listed as a passenger—not a party to the transaction.
There’s no evidence that Bythewood made the booking, handled the payment, or misrepresented anything. The financial responsibility rested solely with Jackson.
What Fraud Actually Means and Why the Fraud label actually Fails
Let’s be clear: Fraud implies intentional deception for personal gain. But in this case:
- The booking was made transparently.
- The payment terms were acknowledged.
- There’s no indication of deceit or intent to defraud.
If there was a payment dispute or delay, that’s a contractual issue, not a criminal one.
Calling that “fraud” is not just inaccurate—it’s irresponsible
I’m Not a Fraud—I’m the Real Deal
Let’s get one thing straight: the label “fraud” is a serious one. And tossing it around recklessly doesn’t just hurt reputations—it silences people, stifles progress, and buries truth under insecurity and fear.
Why This Matters
False accusations can damage reputations and distract from the truth. Michael J. Jackson may share a famous name, but that doesn’t mean he should be treated like a headline. He made a booking, acknowledged the cost, and took responsibility and Charlene Bythewood was a passenger.
That’s not fraud. That’s accountability.
The narrative of “private jet fraud” doesn’t hold up under even the lightest investigation.
So, let’s stop repeating headlines and start telling the truth.
How this complaint came online
Seth Semilof the owner of Haute Jets was very unreasonable regarding this situation and falsely accused Mike Jackson of being a felon and then decided to escalate this to a point where it did not need to go. He has witheld payment from his own employee and he and his partner Kumal have unnecessarily threatended people who did not even have knowledge of this situation. Seth is not a business owner that you should do business or work for, look at his reviews from his former employees on glassdoor and note the "hostile environment" and this direct quote that I can not agree with more
"Seth Semilof is very disrespectful, extremely arrogant, a bad leader and hated by his employees and people in the industry like no other person I have ever seen. He is as shallow as a person …"
