The history of the creation of fake companies with the intention to scam people started a very long time ago, decades even as he is in his 50s, started with Screampoint, then came a failed bar and so on. Don't invest into anything with the name Michael Carl Jansen attached to it, you'll be sorry and will only enrich this b*****d with luxury condos and so on. 

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against CityZenith and its founder, Michael Jansen, for engaging in fraudulent activities, embezzlement, deceptive business practices, and deceiving the American public.

CityZenith has marketed itself as a leading provider of digital twin technology, promising groundbreaking solutions for smart cities and infrastructure management. However, my experiences, along with reports from other concerned individuals, suggest a pattern of deceitful behavior and financial misconduct that cannot be ignored.

Firstly, I believe that CityZenith has engaged in fraudulent activities. Promises of innovative technology and significant returns on investments have been made to stakeholders, yet there is little to no evidence of these claims being fulfilled. Instead, investors and partners are left with unmet expectations and significant financial losses.

Additionally, I suspect embezzlement of funds within the company. Financial records and transaction histories point to substantial sums of money being diverted for purposes unrelated to the company’s stated mission. These actions have severely undermined the trust and financial stability of those who have invested in CityZenith.

Furthermore, CityZenith’s deceptive business practices have misled the public and stakeholders. The company has consistently exaggerated its technological capabilities and market achievements to attract investments and partnerships. These deceptive practices have resulted in financial harm and damaged reputations for those associated with CityZenith.

Lastly, Michael Jansen has personally contributed to deceiving the American public. As the face of the company, his statements and promises have been integral in creating a false image of success and reliability. This has not only misled investors but also affected public perception and confidence in the emerging digital twin technology sector.

In light of these serious allegations, it is imperative that appropriate legal and regulatory actions be taken to address these issues and prevent further harm to investors, partners, and the public.

I have lost 10K after investing into City Zenith after the shares were supposedly distributed through Korex which also allows this to happen. There are many entities involved and allowing this fraudster to continue to swindle money from people. 

The cycle of abuse continues with fake mergers and acquistions, and company rebranding and substantial loss for every single investor that put their trust into Michael Jansen. It is estimated that 7000K were swindled but I highly believe that number is wrong and it is much higher considering this all started way before City Zenith launched. 

This loser also never officially graduated from Yale but dropped out and also harasses women on dating apps too.
