This law firm, led by Michael Lupolover, caused me severe personal and financial harm.They initiated aggressive collection actions without my consent or proper verification, freezing my PayPal account and affecting my ability to earn a living.I never knowingly signed any agreement with their client (Fundo LLC), and yet they moved forward with legal threats, ignored my emails, and rejected my offer to pay $20 monthly in good faith.Their actions destroyed relationships with close friends who supported my business, and I’m now living under financial and emotional distress.I have filed official complaints with the FTC, CFPB, and the New Jersey District Ethics Committee.I urge others to be cautious. What this firm is doing is abusive, unethical, and predatory.
