Michigan Institute of Urology MIU HR Department practices racial bias and discrimination Troy, Michigan,

These people practice extreme racial bias and discrimination based on who gets promoted to the top ranks and who gets to keep their job during a layoff. Donna, the head of the HR Department is an extemely racist individual and just made a decision to layoff most of the diligent hard-working African-American staff awhile keeping all the Caucasian staff members who call off nearly every other day for petty reasons(e.g. their sick dog).

It is completely ridiculous and makes no sense how this company and their HR Department go about conducting business.  These people also pass over well deserving African-American  employees for promotions they deserve and give them to Caucasian staff members who have "been there longer" even when their quality of their work and work ethic does not reflect being worthy of a promotion. Do not work here unless your life depends on it.

These people do not appreciate or acknowledge hard working employees who are not White!  They do not care about us as people or as medical staff. African-American employees are merely their to cover the butts of Caucasian staff when they decide they do not feel like showing up to work and need to dump their work off on other staff. Sad but true.
