I was reviewing my monthly statements and I observed three transactions that were unauthorized by the following: Microsoft Store MSbill.info 982, Redmond , WA. 11/3/23 $16.99 Microsoft Store MSbill.info 962, Redmond , WA. 11/3/23 $16.99 Microsoft Store MSbill.info 182, Redmond , WA. 11/3/23 $16.99 Microsoft.com, Redmond, WA. 11/4/23 $1.00 In summary, on November 3rd 2023, three (3) separate transactions were charged to my account each in the amount of $16.99 and an additional charge on November 4, 2023, by microsoft.com in the amount of $1.00. I don't have a laptop. Nor do I use microsoft operating systems. This is unexplainable. I do not know how this happened or occurred. Subsequently, I got the runaround from the beginning until filing this complaint with Ripoffreport.com. I followed the website I did my due diligence provided by the website and the information to no avail. I went to www.MSbill.info and made a direct phone call to the phone number provided 877-696-7786.

Technical support referred me to the website: www.help.Microsoft.com Note: that website is for customers that have account billing issues. I do not have an account. I spent over an hour and half, wasting my time trying to contact MS on the triplicate charges on the same day. Three separate charges. On the same day. Come on.
