Midwest Testing – Retaliation, Labor Exploitation, and Misrepresentation Mora MN

I worked for Midwest Testing LLC on a government contract. I disclosed my criminal background before being hired. The owners, Jeff and Pam Seuss, acknowledged this and brought me on board anyway — even offering me housing as part of the deal.

After putting in several weeks of labor, time, and commitment, they suddenly terminated me — and used the exact background I had already disclosed as the excuse. That’s not just shady — that’s retaliation, and it’s fraudulent misrepresentation.

They knowingly exploited me for labor, allowed me to invest time and resources into the job, and then tossed me aside when it was no longer convenient. No warning. No accountability. No decency.

This company operates unethically, targets vulnerable workers, and lies to get what they want. I am currently pursuing action with the Minnesota Attorney General, the Department of Labor, and the EEOC. Others should beware. DO NOT work for this company unless you want to be used and discarded
