Miggy Mover Miggy mover LLC Charged $1,337 for less than 2 hours of time and 3 items moved 10 miles. Hid the additional fees etc. until they were picking up the items. No quote or explanation and gave themselves a gratuity Bellevue Washington

I was referred to them and sent a text stating such. I asked if they were able to move a couple of items about 10 miles. They said no problem, and could be there in about an hour. I waited for a quote or details. When they are at the house they send a contract with a travel fee of $248 which was not disclosed in any format when I talked to them.
They harrased me to sign right then and there. (I received the contract at 11:34AM ) By 1:00 PM I received a bill for $1,337.38 $270 for travel plus they also decided to add $310 for the time traveling (Double dipping) They moved items I had moved by meyself one person and charhed a "Heavy item fee" and then had the audacity to charge their own gratuity.
The biggest issue is that they deliberately hid the additional fees like travel and their time paying each guy to sit in a truck and earn $295/hr while they drive. They waited until they were at the location to send their agreement and it then changed the fees after they had charged the card!
Essentialy paying each guy $151/hr. Seriuosly a deceptive bait and switch hide the fees scam
I would never use them, and anyone ekse can use them at their peril.

Instead of admitting, or even offering to solve his egregious act, even refund of the gratuity he resorts to a Karen response. Really professional business---NOT! Miggy Movers are the real Karen Scammers!
Obviously not looking at the FACTS. Take a look and see that he's full of himself. I even recorded the conversation, and there was no comment that they would be traveling from Kent. I had met them a week before in Puyalup less than 10 miles from my home and he said that they work in the area.
I'm not Russian(again resorting to factless slander), There was no communication prior to arriving that there were other HIDDEN charges (I have the texts and conversation recorded). He promised ONLY a $100 deposit from my tenant on their Credit card, and then proceeded WITHOUT authorization to charge their card for the full amount.
You have to ask yourself this question: Why would anyone in their right mind spend $1350 to move two dressers and a couple of tables when their value is $500. Makes no sense. He deliberately hid the fact of some travel costs, and then had the AUDACITY to charge a gratuity!!!!! Gratuity is an option, not a right.
GOOD LUCK WITH ANY FINAL BILL - READ IT AND DON"T BE SCAMMED BY THIS UNETHICAL GROUP. He will say anything to bait and switch you when you have no options. Sleezy unethical practices

This Karen was a Russian guy out of the country demanding our company to move "a few items” short notice same day. This guy is a modify rich a*s face landlord that bosses his tenants around like there ceo to do his dirty work. Long story short we work our butts off only to get ripped off.
We were very lucky to receive the pay got. This what you get when you got of your way to better serve; We working class getting taken advantage of. We moved 3 dressers, king table 7 chairs, 4 large rugs, large drill press, queen mattress, and a very large motorcycle floor press jack!
Lots of bags, two end tables. No damages beautiful work on our end, wrap and pack! and when it was done we STILL asking for a cc on file, begging. Like I said we luck to get the pay. Seattle to Fife. Hour trip each way> Not fun
