Miguel Gutierrez GVS CONSTRUCTION Unk Non performance and possible fraud Las Vegas, Nevada

Migue Gutierrez and GVS Construction failed to complete a 3000+ sq. Ft. custom home In Henderson, NV. The contract was signed in February of 2019. At the writing of this complaint the house is 50% done. (It is 11/07/2021 as of this writing) This contractor has had 32 months and the house is only half finished. He has been paid for work and materials which he has not provided. The workmanship is much less that any professional home builder would provide.

We finally had to fire him and his company for non performance. They lied continually. They did not provide any receipts or invoices for the cost of any item provided. Their Residential Designer, who drew the house plans, left the sinks, drains and water supply off the plans for Master Bathroom. They build parts of the house that did not follow the plans approved by the Henderson Building Department.

We have filed a complaint with the Contractors License Board and are pursuing other measures to try and have Miguel Gutierrez's Contractor's License revoked! Stay as far away as possible away from Miguel and his company if you are considering building anything!  We have several other customers of GVS and they will  verify the same experience we have had. CORRUPT! CORRUPT! CORRUPT!
