This guy came to our house and him and his crew completed one out of 2 jobs that we paid him for. We paid half up front for the second job and he kept the run around of setting up dates to come by. He did the same for our neighbor, I feel ashamed that we recommended him to our neighbors.
We paid with a check and on the back of the check is this other phone number which is different one from the one he gave my husband 210-894-8782. When I searched that number there's another complained about ripoff under his name.
I took a picture of his ID
Upon further searching him, he was detained back in 2018 by ICE as an illegal immigrant. After searching more I found a business card:
