Michael Martinez and his company 247houseoffers.com is a complete sham. The reprehensible acts he commits are staggering. My mother is 85 and has clear signs of dementia. He tried to have him deed her the property for 20 grand and she owns the home free and clear.
The house is worth 250 thousand at the very least. He and his employees were bombarding my mother with calls and scare tactics. If anyone gets a call from this group at 247houseoffers.com PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THEY ARE A BOILER ROOM SHOP THAT LOOKS TO PREY ON THE ELDERLY.

The things that he posts are appalling. He refers to himself as a Boss. He has a debt collection company and he's some kind of real estate investor, as well as a DJ, etc... The jack of all trades or just a jack? We reported his acts to the proper authority and they currently are investigating the matter.
If 247houseoffers ever contacts you, please engage with caution. These guys are not there trying to help, they just want to steal properties right from underneath you. Especially if your an elder.
