Milissa Johnston Cafarella and Michael David Cafarella lives in Apex, NC Milissa was a Kindergarten Teacher who was currently employed at St. Anne's Belfield School. Some of the previous jobs include a reading/pals teacher at Baker-butler Elementary School, a director of summer programs at Applewild School, and a first grade teacher at Applewild School. Milissa went to Anna Maria College. Reports state she abused the kids daily in her classroom. If you have any suspected children, please call 919-239-9704 Michael was a Sales Account Executive who was employed at Supplyworks Facility Maintenance. Some of the previous jobs include a sales account executive at Supplyworks Facility Maintenance. He too was in on the abuse of children as she tutored kids at her home. They live at 208 Abby Oak Ln.
