MilkinPlants Refusing To Honor Their Money Back Guarantee and Refund My Money Internet

MilkinPlants sells a machine to make plant based milk. Their ad said that the customer could try their machine risk free for 90 days and if the customer wasn't completely satisfied they could return the machine and get their money back within 90 days, no questions asked. I was not satisfied and emailed them asking for instructions as to how to return their machine and get a refund, as on their website it said to return the machine we had to get their permission and their instructions as to how to send the machine back. They emailed me back saying they wanted me to continue trying their machine for longer first. I emailed them back saying I had the machine for 3 weeks and had tried it long enough and wanted instructions to send it back. At this point the company stopped communicating with me. Their website has no address to return this machine to and no phone number to call them. They only have an email. This company is refusing to give me the instructions as to how to send their machine back and they are refusing to honor their 90 day money back guarantee if for any reason I am not satisfied.
