We opened a coffee shop and hired Scott Hudson to deliver milk. Scott delivered a couple dozen gallons of milk, dumped it and left. When we went to put the milk away we found out it was all spoiled. Then, when we complained about it he said: " you signed for it, you own it" and threatened to sue us.
We had staff members that had to pour the milk down the drain.
They charge significantly more than the local grocery store, and the milk they delivered to us was bad.
You're better off making milk runs on your own as you'll receive a safer product if you do it yourself. The convenience of delivery is not worth the health of your customers!
UPDATE - After we posted a Google review the owner Scott Hudson, then posted a fake YELP review on our shop.
