Miller Garage Builders Miller Garage, Steven Michael Vandalen, Steve Vandalen, Dave Calcaterra, Miller Garages and Home Improvement Company Stole my money, made excuses, lied, frauds, never did any work Warren MI

Wrote a check out to Miller Garage for a couple thousand dollars, handed it to Dave Calcaterra, the salesman for Miller Garage. Nothing went past that, all excuses, lies, made up stories about construction crew stealing his money and he couldn't get any money out until a specific date.

I eventually said nevermind, give me the deposit back. Said he'd let me know in the next few days. Nothing happened. Completely disappeared. He is or was in bankruptcy court that's supposed to confirm today, October 30th 2019. I'm not on that list of victims because I didn't go to small claims court to waste my time for him not to show, to pay $70.

Nobody will ever see their money. There are multiple victims in Southest Michigan, you can check the Google Reviews. It's really messed up. The TV stations won't check into it. I've contacted the attorney general and the building division. I don't believe he's still attempting to do construction, so I'm not sure what they can do.

Hopefully the Attorney General can sue and somehow make money out of thin air to pay the victims back. What's really sad, is that Dave Calcaterra worked for him prior to this, likely knew what was going on but gave excuses for him that it's never been like this and that's why he's getting out of it, selling more and more garage buildings that would never happen, then goes and retires a couple months after stealing my money and everybody elses's money.

It had been going on for over a year before I even signed paperwork. I think Dave was trying to get paid and get out because Steve was messing up.
