I bought their software, assuming I would be able to use it immediately.  When the license didn't come, I bought other software that did the same job.  Since I hadn't used the Mindgems software, I asked them for a refund which they refused to give.  Even though they know I never activated or used their software.  I again asked for a refund, and they again refused.  Essentially, they're playing a game of "Gotcha! I made you buy and download our software! Now you can't have your money back!"

This company has bad business practices, and is inflexible.  Don't expect a refund if there's anything wrong with your purchase, or what they say they will deliver.

Stay away from Mindgems- don't trust them to show integrity.  Don't give them your personal information, or credit ard information.

Do not trust Mindgems.
