I entered a contest to win an I pad and they said send a dollar for shipping. I then looked into my bank account and they charged me 39.95. I called them and was told they could only refund half company policy. I was frustrated and said a curse word. I was 5hen told he would hang up on me for cursing. What an unpleasant experience. They are true rip offs!
