Miss Carwash Houston Nasty Rude Management and Customer Service Houston Tx

I have three cars in my home I have tried to come to this unfortunate bsuisnss many times for a car wash and I have came to the attention this definitely a No Blacks Allowed Business. The first altercation was with the so called manager who bluntly disrespected me for moving the vacuum out of my way. He ran to me as if he was about to buck to me! I clearly felt threatened and ask the manager to step back. I ask 2 times the third time was going to be clearly self defense. So then I left.

Today another issue with the same exact manager. I drove up I ask please can your crew clean my wheels to perfection. Why? Because I'm paying $30 which is far outside the advertised price. That day he clearly said that was their only price for that day. He was already upset simply because I asked a question. So I processed to make the payment this clown came to me and said, " your car is too dirty we need to add $10."

My car is suppose to be dirty that's why I'm here. I know he was lying. Because I purposely cleaned out the car before I got there. The car was clear of trash only some shoes on the floor! This compnay has a absolutely bad reputation for being nasty, ugly, and absolutely insane to other black customers in the neighborhood. This is definitely a no blacks allowed business. How I know? Because I have many friends who went here and also said they were treated as of they are the foreigners and not them! Stay Away!
