Contacted company to return merchandise that is clearly a product design flaw. I ordered two size 40 ladies sandals. Took two weeks to receive. Sandals are too wide (normal medium size = 3.3 inches and wide = 3.6). These are 4 inches wide! Fall off my feet. Company response:
