This company stole our money for over 20 months. After cancelling with Dave in 2022 due to us closing our company. They proceeded to charge us $405/month! Also charged us for heaters we owned and they never installed for years! They owe us over 14k and sent us $1215 and said, That’s good enough! Are you serious?!! You can’t debit money for no service that was cancelled. Then the worker Dave sadly passed away, and they are claiming we never cancelled cause they can’t go back to him! We have text messages proving we cancelled with Dave! Then Robert the new guy, said his worker went last year and this year and said we were closed down! So even just that entire year we were shut down they new we were closed and still charged us!! They have no staff, are late to install them are very late to remove so they can keep charging you for musters you don’t need in cold months! Stay very clear! They steal money, horrible service, and refuse to give you back the money they stole from your company! Giving us no option then to sue them and now take this to court! Never ever do business with this so called big company with no money if their own to operate and no workers! They steal from us small business owners so they can keep their company operating! How dare they steal money for no service provided!

 As per YOUR WORDS: "This company stole our money for over 20 months". Why TWENTY MONTHS? Why not ONE MONTH? For TWENTY MONTHS you didn't even bother to check your accounts to see what you are paying for? NO WONDER THE BUSINESS IS CLOSED!!! Where in the world do you people with so little FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE come from? You don't even bother to see what you're paying for and YOU LET IT GO FOR TWENTY MONTHS! Absolutely, positively incredible! If YOU had used FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE and regularly checked to see what you were being charged for, YOU WOULD HAVE CAUGHT IT THE FIRST MONTH and resolved it then! I'll bet you don't even bother to balance any bank accounts and don't even keep any financial records of debits either! Who knows whatever else you've been paying for or who has gotten into your accounts because of this incredibly stupid lack of due diligence on your part. You are not going to get back $14K because they are NOT required under law to go back that far...ALL BECAUSE OF YOUR COMPLETE LACK OF FINANCIAL COMMON SENSE to be checking your accounts to VERIFY charges! Absolutely, positively incredible!!!

You reconcile your account monthly so please explain why you waited over 20 months to dispute the charges.
