Mithun Appaiah lives in Bangalore, Karnataka, and he's currently the Chief Executive Officer of WoW Momo, a dumpling shop chain based in Calcutta. I have known Mithun Appaiah for many years, and this guy is not only a criminal, but he's also seriously mentally ill and a liability to everyone around him. His, Mother Parvathy Appaiah, is a hardcore Hindutva Taliban and his wife Thirtha Uthappa (Daughter of Kakamada Uthappa and Ashwini) who is involved with NSRCEL and Samaara Jewellery is a serial failure who blames everything on her employees. Everybody is fed up by the primitive casteism and racism that Mithun Appaiah practices. The irony is that Mithun Appaiah, who once called Bengalis the filthiest tribe in India, is now employed by WoW Momo, which is a Bengali company.

I worked with Mithun Appaiah in Bangalore and I could no longer tolerate his Casteism, Racism, Sexism, and Sealing. The casual way in which Mithun Appaiah defrauds and takes advantage of candidates, employees, and customers is heartbreaking. I reported Mithun Appaiah to Innovative Foods Ltd – Sumeru Frozen Foods – and he was fired from the company for sexual harassment and for accepting bribes from candidates and clients, and for misappropriating company funds.

Much of what Mithun Appaiah claims in to have accomplished is fabricated. I know this because I worked with him. He steals from coworkers and clients. The man is an incompetent charlatan who is a Casteist, Racist, and Sexist Pig. Mithun Appaiah gets everything wrong–he doesn't even have basic understanding of how a business operates. He blames his failures on his colleagues and subordinates and has them fired or demoted. Mithun Appaiah, his wife Thirtha Uthappa, and their whole family is made up of religious extremists and casteist. Mithun Appaiah has completely ruined every company he has worked for, and now he's destroying WoW Momo.
