Hannah friend requested me on Facebook. Her profile went back to 2013. Many photos of cannabis and related pics used also on their website. She offered me Vape catridges at $10ea in qty of 100 or more. Contacted me next day to offer 25% discount.

I am disabled and told me I could order from their site. It looked legit. I asked what for pain & sleep - told me LA confidential. Order placed thru paypal - was told to do friends&family. The order was to be overnight.

Next day, about 30 minutes before order was suppose to arrive, I got a message that they needed additional $150 for insurance which would be refunded with the delivery - red flag! Contacted sales rep - said she would pay $100 of the $150 - I said no. Tried to obtain a refund - paypal would not.

They updated the order to processed yesterday(8/9) but no further contact or tracking #. Will not respond - I requested a refund on August 1st and again on August 2nd&6th - no response.

I have all emails and texts, as well as receipt for payment and refusal of Paypal to refund. Not sure what info is in there that is not allowed so if you need more let me know.

Still will not respond - still updating website and trying to take "orders". I would like a refund+Paypal fees was $101.19. Beware!!
