Over the past few years, our clients (many residents and businesses of Overton and Logandale Nevada) have been the victims of questionable law suits and legal matters brought on to them by entities of questionable standing in the Moapa Valley Justice Court who have tacked on many “fines” and “punitives” on to the rulings against the victims.

Many disingenuous and frivolous citations, disputes, lawsuits have been filed and accepted by Moapa Valley Justice Court targeting victims who have had no or little association to any of the claimed events or disputes and were forced to hire expensive lawyers to defend them and/or pay fines/punitives awarded by the court for events that the victims were never involved in.

We have evidence and good reason to believe this is a malicious pattern of behavior committed by those involved with the court to generate reoccurring revenue.
