This bogus company has refused to acknowledge months of emails after promising to refund my credit card once I have returned their products.
I informed Capital One, (my credit card co.) who removed charges, then later put charges back on my account saying MK informed them they had not recieved products.
I sent proof to MK & Capital One. UPS label, with tracking # date and time items were delivered back to MK, to address they requested and at MY expense. MK still refuses to respond.
I have all email correspondence. I returned 3 brand new units, 1 unit that would not come on and 1 unit that I simply wasn't please with but was still told it was ok to return.
