Mobilink (Jazz) Jazz Warid Customer Care Center Scam Lahore Punjab

I am a heavy mobile user, I normally use prepaid connection but with more requirements, I have decided to go for postpaid. I went to the customer care center where I asked the customer representative to convert my prepaid number to postpaid. I deposited RS 3,000 as suggested by him. He gave me the best package as he can.

I also suggested him to give me the best package. He said, that's enough for me and you can pay a bill every month as he has the deposit. But yesterday my outgoing blocked due to outstanding amount since I paid my bill a few days ago and again it went outstanding. I called customer care where they told me that they don't have any deposit that's why it went zero and they cannot help me to reinstate my number.

It was midnight when I had to call someone from my real business number, you should know how important it is when you communicate with someone using your official number and data was restricted too. They told me they will direct a supervisor in 30 minutes who can speak with me about that issue. He never called. I called in the morning, they said 30 minutes and he never called. Once again, I called in the evening; they still claim 30 minutes but no one has reached to me.

So finally I filled a complaint on their corporate website that I am going to switch my number to another provider because of the scam but I will write on the internet how was my experience with this company. Offcourse they have millions of customers so they don't care if one goes, they will get thousands next day but this feedback will remind them I'm the 1st one to write a scam report against them and this report is undeletable.
