ModafinilXL Modaxl Took over $200, no refund or reship

I placed my order over 50 days ago, my order has been stuck in customs for over 40 days. The website promises if the product is stuck in customs over 14 days, customers get a free full refund or a reship for free. I have reached out to them multiple times & they kept telling me not to worry & re-assured me that my order would arrive soon. 

I finally reached out one more time & they promised to reship my order, I said I don't want a reship, I just want a refund so I can order from a different vendor. They refused to honor their policy & said they would give me "store credi." Again, I stated I did not want to order from them I just wanted a refund & now they are ignoring me & I'm pretty sure I just lost over $200. They seem to have a lot of great reviews but I'm assuming they must be fake or paid for. This company is a SCAM.
