MODLAV, LLC David Valencia Modlav USA Modlav LLC Failed to deliver on-time (twice) and as agreed upon in contract Miami Florida

David Valencia of Modlav, LLC is a unprofessional shady individual.

Entered in agreement with David Valencia of Modlav, LLC to build container home in Feb 2022. Enter into contract in Feb 2022, unit was scheduled to be done the end of March 2022. First 30 days into contract and after putting down deposit, still had no photos and/or no updates. Hard to reach David Valencia of Modlav, LLC on the phone. 

David Valencia of Modlav, LLC claims he had a hard time buying the container from container port. After not doing anywork in first 30 days, we had to reset the due date to 30 days after it was initally due. But David Valencia of Modlav, LLC promised a refund if not delievered on due date.

 David Valencia of Modlav, LLC did not install the door we agreed upon in the contract.

David Valencia of Modlav, LLC failed to deliever unit on-time after pushing out 30 days from initial due date. 

David Valencia of Modlav, LLC backed out of giving a refund that he promised after failed on-time perfomance and installations.

David Valencia of Modlav, LLC refused to give any consessions after failed on-time perfomance and installations.

Basically David Valencia of Modlav, LLC is a scammer, unprofessional, and does not honor his own word that he put in writing.
