I recently ordered two dresses from the mymodle.com - a company that states they are based in North Carolina in the US.

The dresses arrived, I had ordered a 2 XL for one dress, the dress sent was an XL, the other dress sent was around a size 6 - when it was meant to be a size 14.

I wrote to the company to request a refund.  I was advised that they would only provide me with a 30 % refund.  This was in broken english.  Upon research, I discovered the company is based in China, not the USA.   They have a reputation, of sending poorly made dresses and wrong sizes - and will not refund.

When I wrote a message on their social media, I was blocked.  They now will not reply to my emails.
