I am filing this complaint regarding an international online fraud orchestrated by Mohammed Sefraoui through his U.S.-registered company, Medsefraoui LLC. In September 2024, I paid €1,000 to Medsefraoui LLC for a blogging training program called "Lilya Blogging Community (LBC)," based on Sefraoui’s explicit claims of owning and profitably selling a major website, Petkeen.com. The actual owner, Simon Treulle (CEO, Pangolia), later officially confirmed this was completely false, issuing a Cease & Desist notice to Sefraoui. Over 4,000 people joined, collectively paying approximately $4 million, trusting these false claims. Once enrolled, the program delivered minimal, freely available YouTube content, and additional $1,500 expenses were required. Refund requests were denied, and participants requesting refunds (including myself) were abruptly removed from communication platforms. Immediately after receiving substantial funds, Sefraoui created several unrelated businesses, notably Sefraoui Immo SARLAU (Morocco) and Zain Invest Locacoes LTDA (Brazil), raising suspicion of fund misappropriation and potential money laundering. Moreover, Sefraoui’s companies unlawfully collected sensitive personal data (names, addresses, IDs) without proper authorization, violating privacy laws.
