Molly Santa Maria failed to provide accurate information to me after we got into a car accident. A.R.S. 28-663 requires that drivers exchange name, address and registation with the other driver following a car accident. The accident occured on Monday December 12th, 2022 at approximately 8:20 am. Molly Santa Maria was at fault for failing to yield to my vehicle which was legally overtaking on the right of another, causing a t-bone style accident. The only accurate information I was provided with was her name. I have given her plenty of time to provide me with this information and she has since blocked my phone number. Her behavior is blantantly evasive. She caused approximately $10,000 in property damage. I provided her with my correct information, including a copy of my dashcam video, and have been 100% cooperative.
Molly was heading into her workplace parking lot at the time, BOK Financial, located at 3001 East Camelback Road, Phoenix, AZ.
