This company was hired, Juan Villanueva, sales rep and Joe in California, as well as Fabiola in Miami Florida, was supposed to install pool tile in a new construction project that cost over $500,000. This company sent installers that had zero idea on how to install correctly. Wrong cuts and grout lines in all the wrong places. They were also getting their new helpers to install pool tile on my project which shows in the work of how poor quality of a workmanship was done. We had an agreement for over $12,000 and they repeatedly told me they would send their professional installers from Florida. All lies. We will be filing a lawsuit on this company. Whatever you do, run away from this company. Do NOT hire. I am warning you. You will regret it. They changed their Google page and removed their bad reviews so Moltiles and the Malcom Group will be all over the internet on how much of a scam and rip off they are.
