Buyers Beware!

This company quoted one price on line, and told me they had product in inventory. When I made the purchase, the price was different. I called in to correct the issue, and I was told that there was no correction to be made. I told them to cancel the order, and they began threatening me with "collections". They based their claim upon having to buy the product to fill the order, which is a direct lie, based upon my prior conversation with their rep, Matthew. Either way, they lied to me.  Not good in a precious metals transaction. A few days later, I got a demand for full payment in the mail, abd the very next day, I got a collection notice. Is this how you want your broker to treat you?? See attached docs. Note that the order date is Oct 9, and the collection notice date is Oct 13, that is just 4 days later!  Greedy little buggars!  As I said, Buyers Beware! As you can see, it was a sizeable order...that they lost!
