MoneyLion They stole $6074.10 from me New York NY

I transferred $6000 from one account to my Moneylion investment account on 3/5/22. On 3/8/22, it went up to $6074.10, so I wanted to get it out of there before the stocks dropped. So I tried to transfer it to another online bank that I use called SoFi, great bank, great rates. Knowing that everything with ML takes 3-5 business days, I waited, and waited, and waited....no money.

I ask what happened, they tell me to wait some more and they'll escalate it. To make a long story, short. It's now June 2022, and I still don't have my money. Now, back in the beginning of May, I had access to see the transactions when you hit the 3 little dots, it'll show you all the background stuff, well, I screen shot it and asked them who was touching my money because there was a TON of stuff going on.

Someone was taking out my money from there. Once I mentioned that, they took that access away from me, little did they know that I already had my pics. They've even asked my how I had so much money, like, where did I come up with $6000? Really? That's none of your d**n business, but I proved to them how, even though I didn't have to.

I had to prove to them that I transferred the money, even though it was right in front of them.  So, It's June 3rd and I have no money, I contacted my lawyer and he said to report them to the FDIC, which I did. If that doesn't work, we'll sue. They want escheat the money to the state and in 8 years I can have it. DO NOT DEAL WITH MONEYLION - THEY ARE THE BIGGEST THEIVES - LOOK IT UP ON BBB.ORG - YOU'LL SEE
