I purchased a facial tightening machine for approximately $2500. The machine never worked from day one. After several months of working with them replacing Parts troubleshooting trying to figure it out I told them that I was done and wanted a new machine and they kept insisting I try to fix it. I am not experienced or skilled whatsoever with electronics and should have insisted on a new one from day one. They won't send me a new one
