Monster Hall Events LLC Possibly engaged in a long seriies of fraudulent transfers after a alleged fraudulent take over of a business following a murder. Unity WI

  On August 29,2006 investor Kenneth Juedes a sharehold in Monster Hall Raceway was murdered at his home.His 2nd wife of less than 2 years was found guilty of first degree intentional homicide with modifier as party to the crime and obstruction on October 26,2021.In her trial she in  January 2021 named the former Owner of the raceway and Campground Randall Ray Landwehr,Gary Doc Upton,Butch Patrick,Jerry Gentry and Brian Demler as alternative suspects.The court found there was sufficient evidence to bring them into the trial as alternative suspects.At the time of his death Ken Juedes and his business partner had a law suit vs Randall Ray Landwehr for false apprisals as inducement to the fraudulent sale of shares in the raceway.Private investigators also found embezzlement of large amount of funds from the raceway.Also their was evidence of the raceway money being used to pay numerous campground expenses.This place has a long history of tax liens,law suits,excessive alcohol use at events.Also Randall Ray Landwehr was under order not to take investment money in anyway from any one because of securities fraud in the sale of unpaid shares to the raceway.There was also a lot of alcohol and drug use at the campground.He went bankrupt and had borrowed money from many seasonal campers.He took money from Butch Patrick mother who lost her money in the investment in his brewery which closed never brewing any of their own beer.This place could have been a great business if it had not been run as a con game with the sole owner and shareholder of Monster World INC.His sister also was involved with the financing and allegedly keeps two sets of books.A Dateline NBC episode that aired good information about this murder was aired on Nov 11,2022 The Trouble at Dill Creek Farm.Over the years do to lack of a good investigation a lot of alleged criminal activity was left uncovered by law enforcement.Also Cindy Schulz Juedes aided and abetted allegedly the suspects she named for years before naming them in January 2021.
