Montway LLC is a company that would rather fake their way to the top, than actually achieve it.  

I've never seen an F Rated company with the BBB try to fake like they are Number 1 when they are from from number one.   When Montway uses fake office addresses so they can get a higher rating with the BBB - that is just flat out unethical.  

For those of you that don't understand, the BBB looks at how big your company is and rates the number of complaints based on a percentage of the company size.  

As of 12-01-23 the BBB still gives them an A+ Rating on their site.  How?  They have over 200 complaints from customers over the last 26 months.  

After they screwed up my move I found another broker with over 14 years of track record history.  Only 5 complaints in 14 years!!!!   My move went fantastic by the way.   

Montway is a company that I believe posts many fake reviews to boost their ratings and to fake "prospects" into believing they are so much better company.   

Don't believe me.   Set up a Google search for Montway LLC.   Look at all the hits you get for Montway and MarketWatch Guide.   MarketWatch Guide is a complete fabrication publication to make Montway look good.  Faking customers and ratings websites is the main goal of MarketWatch Guide.    No broker should have over 200 negative reviews with the BBB in 36 months.  Brokers are suppose to work for the customer and protect the vehicle owner looking for a reputable carrier.  Clearly they have failed at this task.   

I believe they post their own positive reviews on the BBB site in order to artificially inflate their rating.   Do you want a company that operates under such unethical practices to touch your pride and joy vehicle?  I think not.  

Trust me.  You've been warned.
