mopar evts Mopar EVTS : ELECTRONIC VEHICLE TRACKING SYSTEM Sold me a lifetime membership and didn't honor it. all

When I purchased my Jeep from Lithia-  it was a lemon.  The dealership's service department wouldn't fix anything. Then when the warranty was up at three years. There were only 25,000 miles on my jeep.  Mainly because it spent more time sitting at the dealership not getting service.

When I purchase the compass I also was offered the lifetime membership for Mopar EVTS and yes I paid for it. $700.  They told me I could transfer it to another vehicle. Well after 3.5 years of dealing with bs from my jeep not working right and making awful sounds after the dealership worked on it.  So they finally gave me halfway decent trade-in value.  I call to transfer the Mopar EVTS to the new Jeep. They say they are upgrading and no longer honoring the lifetime membership they sold me. 

They don't transfer anymore and would give a small discount. I call that a rip-off.  I already paid for the lifetime and they should honor what they already sold me.  So after losing money on my jeep I am also losing money on Mopar EVTS.  Mopar acts like they are doing me a favor by giving me a small discount for something I already purchased. These big companies just take advantage of the consumers and keep pocketing our money.
