Had a 2017 Jeep Cherokee 1C4PJMDSSHW5021912 car warranty to end in October 2019. Talked to Joe Gregory about extended warrany to start end of October paid $159.00 down payment in July to get started on payments. Monthly payments of $57.13. Paid five monthly payments total of $444.65. Joe said if I bought a new car I would get a prorated amount back. Purchased new car November 30, 2019 called and canceled contract.

Proration is not good with only $127.00 to get back. Car had 23010 miles when contract purchased and 26500 when traded in with no service work done. Paying over $300.00 for one month coverage in not prorated fairly.

Who would pay over $300.00 for one month of a service contract??

Contract also states could cancel within 60 days and get full refund back???

Contract started in October and canceled November 30, 2019
