This company may sound good and even look good (from their website) but things are NOT AS THEY APPEAR!
I hired this company for a "Deluxe Package" Forensic Loan Audit and after paying $999 recieved NOTHING of what I was promised...
1. The Report wasn't delivered in the tie-frame they had promised and
2. They attempted to extort $300 additional in so called Processing & Taxes and
3. They delivered a report on the WRONG LOAN and the Report was USELESSS not to mention delivered later than I needed it.
Based on my personal experience, I DO NOT RECOMMEND using this company and advise you to look elsewhere. I was outright "lied to" on numerous occassions!
If you are a gambler and decide to do business with with them I highly encourage you to document your every communication via email leaving a "Paper-Trail" of what's promised and what's NOT! Do your "Due Dilligence" and protect your hard-earned Money... it's what this company is after!

This message is to recount my previous review in regards to "Mortgage Audits Online"! I have spoken to their account rep Shawn who was apologetic and sincere in a mishap that occured and that he has made right and rectified.
After a good two-way conversation Shawn was able to clarify some of the challenges that occured that were notably out of his control and let this serve that I am happy with this end result.
Like all transactions, it's crucial to communicate clearly and understand all the moving pieces (and variety of people involved) as it will make expectations more realistic.
