Moving Solution Van Lines Cross Country Long Distance Movers Scam and taking hostage of lost items recovered Clifton NJ

This company broke many FMSCA regulations and the final price was much higher than the Broker's estimate.  They moved furniture from a 10x15 storage unit CT to NC and since I lived outside the country paid ahead.  The shipment was put into a warehouse just a few days after pickup and we waited from June 4th to Aug 7th for delivery. 

Everything as far as paperwork was sloppy.  They had lost the parts to two beds including a Brass Headboard which rendered the rest of the bed unusable and was valuble. Recently after almost a year they found the Brass Headboard and refused to deliver it because I was able to recoup some of the money thru the credit company but it is still stealing. 

During the whole wait time, practically no one would put up the line, either the broker or Moving Solutions.  Also Moving Solutions when they did pick up after hundreds of calls once in a while would answer Cross Country Long Distance Movers.

Their legal name is Destiny something but the whole setup is sloppy and devious.  They when they do put up the phone are very rude.
