I recently made two purchases from MrBikeShop.com. My 1st purchase was a White Golden Velo 7 Urban Commuter Bike on March 22nd 2021. My first day trying to ride the bike was 4-2-21. After several attempts to go down my drive way the stem or headset of the bike would veer to the left while the front wheel would continue straight. After several attempts also to tighten the bike headset it would not tighten.
I made the phone call to MrBike and spoke with someone about my concern with the bike. I also addressed the concern of the second bike that I ordered which never arrived. I ordered the Golden Velo 7 Urban Commuter Bike on March 23rd in red for my daughter. I told the guy on the phone we had been tracking the bike it has not been shipped. It has had in a pending status for the last nine days.
I have been charged over $550 with one bike I cannot ride because the handle bar stem and the other bike was never shipped. I would like a full refund, I do not trust this company after reading many other complaints and reviews of customers with similar problems.
