Our First Experience with 'My House Kitchen' Company

MyHouseKitchen Company was introduced to me by a friend, who had just completed a kitchen remodel. Mustafa Cagdas Ozturk was highly recommended by her friend. My family decided that MyHouseKitchen Company was the right choice for their own home renovation.

The Beginning Of The Scam: Poor Quality Products, Unfulfilled Promises

My House Kitchen Company's experience was not positive. It was evident from the very beginning that the quality of their products is extremely poor. Many of the items, including cabinets and countertops we bought, were poor quality and broke down within weeks of being installed.

Cagdas Ozturk & Erdem Altanatay refused responsibility for the defective products, despite our complaints. They made empty promises about fixing the problem, but they never fulfilled them. Instead, they attempted to divert blame and shift responsibility onto us, customers.

The situation got worse when we attempted to return the defective products. Cagdas Ozturk wouldn't accept returns even though the products were still within the specified return period

They claimed that they had caused the damage, despite the fact that it was clearly due to poor craftsmanship and inferior material.

Only after we began to investigate, did we realize the extent of  Mustafa Cagdas Ozturk’s deceit. It turned out they were importing low-quality, low-quality goods from China and selling them as high-end, locally produced items. They were basically selling garbage to unsuspecting clients, and my family fell for their trap.

Although the financial loss was severe enough, it was the betrayal that really hurt. Mustafa Cagdas Ozturk had been trusted by us to supply us with high-quality products and to be open with us.
