Purchased illuminated door sills from company on 7/24/2020. Website states shipping will occur within 1-3 days after payment. After 14 days and 3 email attempts, this company has failed to ship the item, failed to provide tracking number, failed to respond to my email correspondence to ship or cancel and refund my money. Filed Complaint with FTC and this website. Seller ENGAGED IN DECEPTIVE AND UNFAIR TRADE PRACTICES, LIES, STOLE MY MONEY AND FAILED TO DELIVER MERCHANDISE.
COMPANY IS FROM WUHAN, CHINA AND I DIDN'T KNOW THIS WHEN BUYING OR I WOULD NEVER HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM. HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH MYGEARMART.COM.
