My.Psychic-Team.com Psychic-Team Has taken a lot of bought time the I didn't get to use on the psychics I wanted to speak to on their network, denied me the ability to provide honest feedback about my experience on their platform, and has continued to use a rigged call system that denies the ability to select desired psychics in their roster but instead chooses for you and takes your money/minutes

My.Psychic-Team.com "Trusted Psychics" has denied me the ability to provide honest feedback about my experience that I paid for on their platform, and has continued to use an, allegedly, rigged call system that has caused me to have to spend more money than I agreed to spend on time with their psychics *

So that I'm legally in accordance, let me start by saying that everything written herein is ALLEGED. Personally, this network has been a nightmare for me. Not so much the psychics who work on the platform, but the actual company or moderators of the network. I can tell you that I've spoken to around 50  different psychics on this line since July of 2019, and NONE of their predictions came to pass. What has been predictable are the typical excuses the company has used about "free will" and the readings being "for entertainment purposes" being the reason for this.

Anyone with sufficient intelligence knows that "free will" is an easy cop out for anyone making claims about their knowledge of future events, and anyone with common sense knows why "for entertainment purposes" is written in 'fine print' on every psychic company's disclaimer page. Any kind of counseling service falls under the category of "subjective" which can't be proven, but for the sake of common courtesy, morals and ethics, we take these written and verbal claims (i.e. "I can read your energy and tell you what's happening, what has happened, and what will happen in your life on or by this certain date") literal even though they're not objective or physical material. These are still CLAIMS.

With that said, what the site does allow is for recipients or purchasers of these psychic readings to write and post reviews of their experience with the psychics they have paid for and spoken to, afterward. This ability to rate and post is supposed to be open to every paying customer/client, according to the website. This was what, initially, made me feel comfortable enough to buy incremental packages of minutes with the psychics listed on their website. I felt that this would not only help me decide who'd be best to spend my money on, but would also give me the freedom to express my own honest thoughts and feelings about my experience and help others make an informed decision about their purchase. Well, out of about 16 or so reviews that I submitted, only ONE of mine was ever posted.

I called Customer Support, back in September, letting them know that my reviews weren't showing up while others' were, and the agent said she would look into it and make sure they got posted. I gave it a couple of weeks, checked again, and still nothing. I was told that it takes a while for submitted reviews to be posted, but every other time I looked, new reviews were being posted up that were dated after mine. Long story short; I've had to call the Support department back several different times, over the past few months, and have spoken to different agents . I've been promised, several times, that my reviews would be up by "next week" but when I would check the next week NOT ONE of them would be posted. They kept promising but not delivering.

The last time I spoke to the manager, she told me that the reason my reviews weren't posted was because they were "so negative" and that the team would have to go back and listen to all of the recorded phone conversations to make sure I was telling the truth about my experience, being that I had had numerous readings and all of my reviews were negative.

Not only is her claim untrue, as "negative" would mean zero or less stars (which I gave most of them at least a couple of stars), but it's quite personal, opinionated, and unprofessional for moderators to single out a particular person and deny them privileges simply because they don't like what they had to say about their paid employees who they hired to deliver a particular service to paying customers, especially when that person is giving feedback in a respectful manner, not using profanity, inappropriate inuendo, or calling them out of their names in any kind of way. My reviews were written based on my personal experience, done factually and in a respectful manner, and were only censored because of their own biases.

The manager, sounded like a nice woman, but her conduct, along with the conduct of her managerial team, was unethical for a number of reasons: One; to give me the run-around for MONTHS and pretend that they were going to post my reviews, instead of being straight forward with me about what they were deliberating behind the scenes was at least dishonest; two; the fact that they censor reviews to only or mostly show their psychics in a good light shows a lack of integrity and concern for customers. If they were really about helping people or cared anything about their clientel, they would welcome ALL feedback that is honest and respectful, no matter how many times they were unfavorable. It is the job of their employees to do what they hired them to do, and that is deliver a pleasant experience to callers.

But what really shows that they seem to prioritize making money over customer service is the way their line is set up--like a call LOTTERY. Too many experiences with these little gimmicks and glitches that I would even like to explain here, but for one, they're the only network I've ever used (and I've used about every Psychic Network that has been in existence in the last 10-12 years) that has NO CALL-BACK FEATURE which makes for a difficult and disappointing user experience. They advertise the cost as $1.50 per minute, which, of course, would draw most people in, but you literally have to 'catch' psychics when they're shown as available online and even if you do catch them there is a good chance that once you call and put in their pin ID number that you will be routed to a different psychic in their network who you didn't want to speak to, and even if you hang up before getting connected to that other psychic, the company still charges you a minute and continues to charge you if you stay on the line.

Sometimes, the moment after you punch in your pin number, you immediately start losing paid time from the package even if you didn't speak with a psychic. When I complained about this, their excuse for why the line is set up this way was that if it wasn't set up this way then they would have to raise their prices. That is simply FALSE ADVERTISING.

They seem to have every excuse in the book for everything they do. They say the reason they can't implement a system that puts callers in a que with the psychic readers of their choice is because it's not permitted by law. Well, if this is the case, why haven't the owners of ALL of those other networks been thrown in jail? I'm in the U.S. and have connected with several other Psychic networks in the U.K. and I haven't had or heard about this problem with any of them besides this one. They have been telling me, for several months, that a call-back system was being worked on and would soon be put in place. That was in 2019 when I was told it would be in place before the end of the year. This is 2020 and nothing has changed at all. And reportedly, they have been saying this for years; that they're working on a call-back system, and despite countless complaints by customers, they haven't changed a thing.

I don't necessarily think that it's even the psychics on the network who are fraudulent, though some of them probably are. As far as the psychics go, I think that some of them are just not good at all and the majority of them are just mediocre with attractive profiles...like any other psychic hotline... Apparently, some of the psychics on this network don't even agree with how this system is set up either, but the higher ups there have the network set up in a way that seems to cater more to themselves instead of the psychics or their clients. In essence, it would be very hard for a psychic to have a regular client and for a client to have a psychic who they call on the regular because, again, the chances of catching the same one at any given time is slim.

It seems that this system is how they make half of their revenue: keep the psychic lottery system so that customers will keep calling back hoping to speak to the psychic of their choice, but they will usually opt to speak to different psychics when they call so they're virtually forced to try most, if not all, of the other psychics in the oster, including the new ones who keep joining.

They know that people who call this type of line are usually in need of immediate answers and can't wait for months, weeks, days, or even hours to speak to their favorite or desired psychic advisor who is probably tied up with another caller at that time, so they will settle for whoever else they think may be the best choice in that moment, probably get a quick fix, and keep coming back to the site in hopes that one day they will get lucky enough to catch one of the more skilled psychics on their site who are in much higher demand. They know a lot of callers are people who have jobs and families and can't afford to sit around and wait by the phone for hours in hopes that their favorite psychic will suddenly become available.

It seems like a gimmick and quite a tricky one, since they continue to over-promise and under-deliver. If nothing else, they are guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING. They never even respond to their emails that they claim they will reply to in "24 to 48 hours" promised ok the automated reply. I've sent them several emails and never got a written response. The call system seems rigged; sometimes you may get to talk to who you want to and sometimes the line will put you through to someone else who will probably give you a mediocre or bad experience. But either way, they get paid and you are constantly left unsatisfied and sometimes broke. From my experience, the company lacks ethics and integrity and, if nothing else, is guilty of FALSE ADVERTISING.

To be fair and unbiased (maybe unlike them), I do have to say that SOMETIMES you can get someone on the phone at the customer service number. Even though you're likely to be given the run-around and promised things that they probably won't deliver, I can say that a couple of individuals there have come through for me once or twice. Also, every now and then you will see a couple of negative reviews on a page (if you take time to read through all of them) that will provide you with a more balanced view of the psychic, but you will also see several reviewers saying that their other reviews weren't posted. I went back and edited all of the reviews I'd submitted earlier, changed them to reflect more positively on the readers, and resubmitted them, but I shouldn't have to lie for them or surpress my own true feelings about my experience to suit this company's agenda when I've spent so much of my hard earned money and have gotten no tangible results. That is why I say this network has been a RIP-OFF

"Stupid" is subjective

AUTHOR: Leo - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, January 27, 2020

@Momo, "stupid" is an opinion and like rear-ended, everybody has one. I believe that psychic phenomena is a real thing. As a matter of fact, I'm psychic and you are psychic too. Have you ever felt like someone staring at you and suddenly turned to see that someone was in fact staring at you?

Have you ever thought of someone out of the blue who you hadn't seen for years, then all of a sudden, you ran into them the next day or soon after? Has the phone ring and a random person you knew immediately came to your mind you knew came to your mind and when you picked up the phone it was that person?

That is PROOF AND EVIDENCE of psychic abilities that EVERYONE has. Now, whether you want to call it "psychic", "intuition", "random chance" or something else, the fact is that it exists. It's the terminology that people might disagree on. I have had psychic readings that came to past, albeit RARE.

One psychic told me a certain person was going to contact me on a certain day, and I doubted it would happen because I hadn't heard from him in weeks, maybe months. I didn't believe it so I had forgotten about it. Well one day it came back to my mind and I was sitting at my desk and decided to go back and read the chat transcript of that reading and WHILE I WAS READING THE TRANSCRIPT, this person texted me, ON THE EXACT DAY the psychic told me he would.

Another reader I spoke to about a different person told me I would hear from this person "by or on New Year's day" even though I hadn't heard from him in several weeks. She actually got it half right and half wrong because I didn't have to contact him first like she said I would; he sent me a message out of the blue on the night of New Year's Eve.

There has been other more...blatant psychic phenomena that has happened to me but if you think this is stupid then you certainly would think that is so I won't even go there. But the spirit/supernatural world is real, and once a person has experienced it for himself, there is nothing a person who hasn't experienced it can tell him that would make him not believe it, because at that point it isn't a matter of belief but KNOWING.

As far as these psychics go, I think what's going on is that some of them have a real gift but aren't properly trained in how to use it, and some of them let that "gift" go to their heads and use it for the wrong reasons; to manipulate and rip people off. Some of them don't have any gift at all and have learned how to do "cold readings" or "mentalist" work which is why he same thing that magicians do.

A person has to really be emotionally mature and void of ego for spirit to flow through them in a pure and accurate way and dissolving the ego takes A LOT of work that most people aren't willing to fully do, and that's why most psychics (and "prophets") are mediocre. It's like clean water coming through a dirty faucet. Spirit isn't the problem; it's the vessels.

And a lot of these businesses and individuals just use their talents to prey on people's fears, insecurities and vulnerability. As far as "professional help", well, I did seek out professional counseling for this and other issues and am in therapy. That doesn't mean I stopped or will ever stop believing in God, spirituality, or the supernatural.

It just means that I realize how I've gone about it in some ways has been unhealthy and quite damaging. And it also doesn't mean I won't expose the crooks and sociopaths in this type of business who take advantage of people in their most vulnerable moments. They are just as wrong and dangerous as other criminals and predators and make big bucks doing it.
