On May 31st, I bought a Used 2019 White Honda Accord Turbo 2.0 for $30,364 Cash. July 16th, my temporary tag for the Honda Accord expired. I went to the local Fulton County Tag office to get an extension but Fulton County refused to give me an extension because I'm not the owner of the car. The Dealership failed to apply for a tag or transfer the title.
On July 16th, I went to the dealership to inquire about my tag and they said it was nothing they could do about it. Chris Wilkins the General Manager told me to drive the car and we will get this resolved Monday. I refused to drive the car illegally. I requested a refund of equal value. The dealership said they will give me my money back but I don't think that's equal value.
July 18th, the dealership is attempting to resale the car for $31500. Nalley Honda isn't the rightful owner of the car. I have purchase agreement that I'm the owner despite not having the title. The dealership refuse to give me the title. I still have the key to the car. I still have insurance on the car. The car is still on Nalley Honda lot because it's inoperable because I don't have a tag. Nalley Honda still has my money.

Did you??? Did you see how they added on a FAKE, BOGUS FEE??? Since they were SO WILLING TO PLAY THIS CON-GAME, what would make you think you were dealing with people of honesty and integrity? They told you IN ADVANCE who and what they are! YOU FAILED to READ the paperwork and take that BOGUS FEE for what it was worth!
