An Nam cargo (AZ Express) is A FRAUD. I ship my belongings overseas through An Nam Cargo. However, An Nam cargo provides misleading false deceiving price upfront and bill me a much higher price, yet their service was HORRIBLE AND DESTROY EVERYTHING YOU SEND/SHIP THROUGH THEM. They communicate improperly and create misunderstandings. They keep telling confusing and conflicting information regarding price and procedures that create hassles.

THEY MADE ME PAY FOR INSURANCE AND EVERYTHING  BUT IGNORE ALL DAMAGES AND LOSS OF MY BELONGINGS AFTER MAKING ME TRANSFER THEM MONEY THROUGH THE BANK. THEY WOULDN’T PROVIDE ANY BUSINESS DOCUMENTATION: actual shipping receipt from the air logistics courier; Shipping confirmation from logistics vendor (with details of shipping date, itemized costs etc., shipping receipt+tracking

THEY MESSED UP ALL OF THE ITEMS AND EVEN CLOTHES GOT RUINED/TORN AFTER THEY DISSECTED ALL ITEMS AND MIXED UP EVERYTHING NOW ALL MY STUFF IS RUINED AND NOT DESTROYED!

They are identity thieves, asking for your ID to account details, etc. and convinced the customers (senders) to send money. They threaten to destroy your goods, overcharge and request for unusual payment methods were the signs that this was a scam.

An Nam cargo is an illegal business misleading and misinforming about their price and services. They are breaking the US and international logistical law by bribing the customs and ripping off customers yet they give a misleading overall impression price and quality.
