Fraudulent Host Practices – Overcharged and Misled

I am an experienced Airbnb user, but this recent encounter has led me to believe that I have been a victim of a rip-off.

Issues Faced:

1. Overcharging: Upon arrival, I was informed of additional charges for amenities and services that were never mentioned in the listing nor agreed upon prior to booking. This is clearly against Airbnb policies.

2. Misleading Information: The property was advertised as a fully equipped unit but upon arrival it was NOT as advertised. 

3. Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance: Contrary to the listing photos and description, the unit was in a state of disrepair and lacked basic cleanliness. 

4. Lack of Communication: Attempts to resolve these issues directly with Nancy Paramo were unsuccessful. Multiple calls/messages were ignored, and there was no local support provided.

These issues not only disrupted my itinerary but also resulted in unexpected expenses and a significant waste of my travel time. I expected a certain standard based on the listing, and this experience felt like a complete misrepresentation.
