(2) will take your money first, figure out the problems with service later (need original signatures, clerk being difficult, too far away, don’t have correct address, etc);

(3) will lose your mail and deliveries and blame it on the post office, meanwhile she does not have a real physical office, just has a bunch of “virtual offices” all around New York where the people there do not even know her or give a s**t about the mail that you send them, which they lose or misplace constantly;

(4) will dump you as a client literally a few days before motions are due, default judgments are set, and other pleadings that result in default judgments against you and your law office.
